「Good experience」

「Bedding comforter and sheets had holes in them. Only had two bath towels to get us through two days, did not have any maid service the two days we were there. Room had a very distinct smell in the room, almost a moldy smell.」

「My stay at the Bell Vista Motel was very enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and one of the biggest perks was the free parking—which is a huge plus! The location is also excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s popular tourist attractions, making it very convenient for visitors. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Burbank.」

「The location suit my needs. Breakfast is better than other same rating hotel or motel. Room is clean and equipped with bath tub as advertised. The only problem is bath tub always leaking so I can not fully enjoy a hot tub.」

「Nothing bad to say about the staff nor the room itself. We didnt mind the room what really bothered us was the residents that's stay there have no courtesy for others and were screaming and yelling in the middle of the night as well as 5 in the morning making threats to each other and hearing what sounded like a fire arm. We stayed in the room the entire time out of fear. Won't be staying here again and do not recommend. I'm so sorry.」

「This property is very close to great cafes and unique shops. The price was reasonable. Our room was a bit small but clean and the beds comfortable. Parking was free which is a big bonus in LA. We had everything we needed and were helped by the manager to rent a downstairs room as we are Golden Oldies and have a bit of trouble on stairs. I was even surprised at how quiet it was for being on Hollywood Way. It would be nice if the front window opened more than a couple of inches, but they might...

「The room floor was not mopped in the last month??? OR it seemed like it. We did mop it ourselves!! The sheet that was on the bed was a queen size with no cover on the mattress. We went down to the front desk to get a king sheet and the desk clerk said "that happens sometimes" We got in late and the last thing we felt like doing was cleaning the room and making the bed. The wall in the shower was loosing plaster off the walls and the tub coating was peeling. We asked for a hair dryer and...

「The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.」
