"Check in/out process was straight forward and even got an early check in since we flew in early in the morning. The staff were all friendly and polite. There was not continental breakfast offered but they have a cafe if you wanted to eat on site. We did not eat in the cafe as there are a ton of great places within walking distances to eat. They offer secured parking if you drive but we only Ubered so didn't need it. They have a large pool area and was not crowded when we where there. "

"Hot tub not working, room in the fan extremely extremely dusty. The Japanese fountain is empty without water. Nonetheless I still really liked the place and the potential of what it once was. Next door is a very fun and tasty tiki sushi bar! "

"The area is well lit and the parking is on the property. Starbucks is across the street with Panda Express & a variety of street vendors sell there wares on the sidewalks. For us it was a great location just over a mile from my niece and her husband. 20 minutes from the Getty."

"Clean and easy. The pool is more of a hot tub but no complaints. Nice gym with a water bottle refill station. Good matrices and turn down service cleaned well. The park structure was easy to get in and out. Always spots no matter how late we came in."

"It’s hot and miss with the front staff; sometimes they are very pleasant and sometimes they are just bodies. As fo the maid services, they do a great job and they are attentive when asked. No breakfast unless you buy your own so I’ll go with it’s none existent but there is a Dennys on premises so it’s cool that’s there’s food if you get hungry. Been here several times and have yet a desire to try there pool. It just seems way out of the way and I have yet seen any people in it."

"The property is not in the best neighborhood and that alone would keep me from staying again. The parking is also very limited. The staff, however, was super friendly and helpful."

"Stay was great, only downside is self parking is expensive at $60 a day. That’s not valet, it’s $55 for the self parking and then $5.50 overnight parking. "
