「The rooms are cleaned only every other day and it’s not automatic. You have to go to the front desk and request it, which I did after 2 days, and I noted it being written down. Entered the room that evening around 9 pm to find that nothing had been done. We had to go get towels ourselves as everything was on the floor waiting for the clean. 」
