Gilmore One is a comfortable, clean place to stay while visiting family. The staff is reliable and quick to respond about any situation. There is often parking onsite which is very convenient in LA . We highly recommend this place!

The apartment is nice … the location not that great. The parking situation is kind weird because you have to park inside this long driveway because is not street parking. Don’t stay in room #1 you can’t feel the central heat so we freeze all day because was cold and raining.We just make coffee but the kitchen was dirty and the cups and glasses have left over food and lipstick stains from previous guests.

The room was very clean and new! Sunny, the daytime contact was super! The neighbors hood was sketchy but the property was very protected. The shower doors wouldn’t stay shut, there was no tv in the room, no trash can except for bathroom. Parking was something to be desired. We had to buy a fan because the room was hot and you can’t control the air. If you wanted clean towels, you had to wash your own ( very strange).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tuvimos una excelente estancia en Gilmore One. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo y tal como se describe. La ubicación es muy conveniente y el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Clean and remodeled. However, your experience highly depends on the people that you share the "townhouse" with. If they use the kitchen and don't clean after themselves you find yourself without clean items to use. Finding a parking spot is almost impossible, if we knew we wouldn't have chosen this place to stay. The bed was just a regular flimsy bed. Made noises. We didn't like not having a tv in the room. This place is cool if you book all the rooms with family and friends, otherwise is a bit awkward and inconvenient.

Super clean rooms super clean house. We were independent and given access to very clean common living areas. Wonderful communication always by the hosts. Street parking gets crowded but nothing that was unmanageable. Loved the place and would stay over and over again.

The room doesn’t have its own A/C, TV and you share everything but the bathroom. Busy loud guest every where. Would recommend a hotel or something over this any day.
