The room was very clean and new! Sunny, the daytime contact was super! The neighbors hood was sketchy but the property was very protected. The shower doors wouldn’t stay shut, there was no tv in the room, no trash can except for bathroom. Parking was something to be desired. We had to buy a fan because the room was hot and you can’t control the air. If you wanted clean towels, you had to wash your own ( very strange).

Everything was great here! Took my family here for 2 nights and had everything we could need. Definitely would stay here again. There is parking you just need to reach out to the owner to set it up. Clean and friendly owner. Area is calm as well very quiet!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tuvimos una excelente estancia en Gilmore One. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo y tal como se describe. La ubicación es muy conveniente y el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y sin duda lo recomendamos, especialmente para familias. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Room clean, staff Sonny was very helpful. The Manager Shukai wasn't that friendly. When I got to the location I found out that the place is sharable with strangers. The only privacy is the room(s) you rent. The amenities doesn't give clear description stating there are going to be stranger that you share the living area and kitchen with.

Gate was appreciated due to the bad neighborhood. There is no parking anywhere. The streets are lined with cars for blocks. I had to call to find out how to unlock the inside doors. Luckily they answered on the first call and quickly resolved the issue, although the doors now didn’t lock and had an alarm every time you needed to open them. The property was fairly clean.

An affordable hotel in the SFV area with convenient Laundry and kitchen amenities for saving money on extended stays. However there was a couple issues that stood out over the course of the stay. First issue, The entrance for the property is uneven and is a potential tripping hazard. And it can become a slip and fall area when it rains. And it is definitely not ADA compliant for those with mobility issues. Second issue, parking is very limited due to its location in a residential area. Third, there were a few things in the room that need to be addressed. The desk chair was uncomfortable, the desk had wobbly legs and the shower glass door wasnt properly balanced. The shower door would not stayed closed without some assistance from tissue paper wedged at the bottom acting like a doorstop. Fourth, A customer shouldn't have to wait 24 hours to get a toilet roll after running out. Other than those 4 issues, its a decent hotel for the price and its proximity to a supermarket.

Not the cleanest place, kitchen fridge stunk, microwave was filthy and sink had dirty dishes in it. Even the floors were dirty and not kept up.

Place was really nice and in a good location. Room was very clea and good size. I would give 5 stars if parking wasn't difficult in this area. Otherwise, definitely recommend!

Super clean rooms super clean house. We were independent and given access to very clean common living areas. Wonderful communication always by the hosts. Street parking gets crowded but nothing that was unmanageable. Loved the place and would stay over and over again.

Excellent location for us. Great communication and instructions Prefer fitted sheet on the bed and regular pillows. We dud not like that the lights and fan went on when you enter the bathroom—an annoyance in the middle of the night. No hangers to put clothes on, but a large closet.
