「The room was pretty new and big, free parking and very close to the room. Fairly good price considering the location.」

「The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.」

「No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.」

From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team.
