Clean room, nice staff. I enjoyed very much that they have a gated parking lot but the parking spots are first come first serve so make sure to ask and the location is in the back of the building. They secure it at night so that’s great. If your looking for a simple one night like me and nothing too extra this is your spot but be mindful of the area.

I never stayed at the place, was drugs,alcohol used at the parking lot, to many street parties in the parking lot, peeing around the building, I wish to get my money back, from this place, really bud experience. Have to find other place to spend the night.

Place is clean and very close to the Burbank airport. However, very noisy, you can hear the street and any noise outside the room and from neighboring rooms. Area did not feel the most safe, though it did have a gated parking lot.

Firstly, this hotel is nothing like it’s established to be on Expedia, there was no parking lot, the building looked dilapidated, the rooms had bugs in them, the walls had graffiti, the furniture in the room rooms were old and weathered, same with the showers, even the toilet was disgusting. The area in which the establishment existed was also filled with weirdos hanging around the building outside. Honestly, I want a refund.
