「hotel was clean. pillows were like air which some may like but not me. couch was like a rock. front desk service was not good. at all. female clerk didn’t give us our wedding gift box. we found out we had one next day and had to go ask for it. when I checked in I was told we owed $40 even though it was prepaid thru Expedia.
