"Overall is good. Staff are polite and nice. The public areas of the hotel incl the restaurant, lobby and rooftop bar look very nice. But there is water stains around the bathroom and the wooden floor of the room. Shower tub has noise when water comes out but not affect the shower."

"Extremely happy with this hotel! Very good location as it’s in the middle of old quarter! Room - Junior Suite is great, with bath tub and good shower facilities. Staff are sooo friendly, breakfast has good choice and they all remember you! Very good English proficiency! Spa is amazing, gooood price and offers happy hour rate! The spa staff are very gentle and nice, good technique! I love this place."

"Excellent in every aspect. Staff are welcoming and friendly, especially Eddy. Decor is updated and room is clean and spacious. We stayed on 7/F so we couldn't hear any noise from the outside when the balcony door is closed. The rooftop bar is stunning. Wide choice for breakfast as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast is tasty which is out of our expectations. When my friend and I left the hotel, the staff gave us some souvenirs for compensation and kept saying sorry for the situation we experienced. Staff attitude is really five out of five as guest can really be well served. I would highly recommend this hotel to others who would like to visit Hanoi. "
