「This is a clean , safe hotel with a friendly staff! The indoor pool is great, too!」

「This place was safe and dry for the night. The beds were comfortable, but we had reserved a room with a sofa bed, which we discovered was not the case. We were told the wrong couches had been delivered during renovations and offered one twin sized roll-away for our two children instead. Most of the staff was fine, but a few were downright rude. 「I didn’t eat breakfast there, and the A/C worked fine. Since we were notified that the carpets were damp, I assume they had recently been cleaned, the room had a strong unpleasant humidity smell. There was gum stuck to a picture frame above the bed, and there were stains on the bathroom ceiling. They do have a washer and dryer; however, they don’t provide quarters or have a place to get change, so I ended up driving to the nearest laundromat. The motel is surrounded by parked semi-trucks....

「Ok I love giving honest reviews, here I go....(takes deep breath) The check in was horrible, this guy's body language said "What do you want" (eyeroll). He took forever to get an extra pillow that was nothing but the pillow case. One of our keys didn't work the whole time. Our room was by a back door that kept being left open, thought I'd be killed. But the BREAKFAST!! This is the saving grace, waffle bar, sausage sandwiches, delicious juice. Lots of variety not just coffee and dry cereal....
