I was disappointed by the brand, Best Wester. I was expecting the service I regularly receive from this chain. The absence of staff was noticeably, specifically during breakfast. The room’s beds were unacceptable. The mattress needs to be replaced. There was a very unpleasant smell in hall.

Had a worst experience not safe for family stay...I was travelling with my son 11 years old booked for 2 days. At 3 am hearing a continous knock sound on the wall for 2 hours reported to front desk ask them to change room they denied when i asked i want to leave please cancel my 2nd day stay they denied.
I didn’t stayed for 2 night cannot risk my kid life and stay next to psycho. The hallway smell like weed...
The hotel management didn't have a courtesy to refund my 2nd night stay guys my humble requeat this place ia not safe for kids and family

Check in was fast and reception area looked good. Only one elevator in use for the rooms. The room was spacious, but the bathroom needs attention.
Breakfast was standard (come early).
Overall, everything was nice for the price paid.

i was in the breakfast area prior to 9am...at 905 i asked for milk for my cereal and they said no cause it was after 9am...terrible customer service and my bathroom could have been cleaner, and i had to take a cold shower

So I get to my room after a long 4 hour drive of course the first thing I wanted to do was take a shower towels were obviously old and out dated as one of my towels had paint or nail polish on it. That wasn’t the worst part , there was literally no hot water none!!! I called the front desk and I was told a new boiler was installed to let the water run for a min. Ok no problem I literally left went to get food while the shower stayed running came back water did not even attempt to get hot. I called down again and spoke to a manager his name was Randall he inform me the same that maintenance ensured him that everything was connected correctly so I told him to come up himself to feel the temp of the water he said no it was ok I said well can you change me rooms or something he stated there were no other rooms available and that he would refund my money. Something told me to go down stairs to double check the vacancy of the hotel I really wanted that hot shower and while going down the elevator I meet a gentleman that literally was upset his water wasn’t hot as well and stated to me that they were changing his room so they mysteriously came up with a room after telling me they didn’t have any so at this point I was over it I made sure I got the managers name to ensure I got my money back
