booked this hotel through Expedia for a family reunion and was shocked at the condition of my room (Room 316). The bathroom door wouldn’t close and had insulation or fibers hanging from the bottom. The door lock was broken and completely detached, leaving me feeling unsafe the entire stay.
The bathtub was filthy, covered in stains, and wouldn’t hold water. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and the entire bathroom felt neglected. The smoke alarm kept going off for no reason. Worst of all, when I left for the day, housekeeping never came by to service the room—even though there was no “do not disturb” sign.
This stay was a complete letdown, especially from a brand like Sleep Inn that promises comfort and cleanliness. I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until serious maintenance and housekeeping improvements are made.
