"This was our second stay at Bellyard and we’ll be back. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. What draws us to the Bellyard is unquestionably the level of service."

"The Twelve Midtown is located near the Atlantic Station Shops. The entire staff who we encountered were excellent. A BIG Shout Out to technicians Von and Brian who assisted with repairing my television. I did have concerns with the cleaning of the room. Floor was not swept/vacuumed during my entire stay. "

"The bedding perhaps needs to be updated to a quality mattress. We did not receive arrival instructions because we booked thru Expedia and the owners failed to look at the booking. We Had to call to gain acess, however, it was okay as John was very gracious. We did not stay overnight due to a family emergency back home, vacating the property around 11 pm. John phonedthe following day to check on us and to thank us for choosing his B &N."
