Our weekend stay at the Burgess Hotel was outstanding! The room was impeccable and very comfortable. Love the decor! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, eager to make our stay enjoyable. We ate breakfast and dinner at Fia, the inhouse restaurant and relaxed at the fireplace/bar with wine/cocktails. Could not have been any better! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Buckhead/Atlanta and my family will definitely be back.

This is a really nice boutique hotel in the north Buckhead area of Atlanta. It is certainly not your typical hotel/motel. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to ATL.

Wonderfully unique boutique hotel in the heart of Buckhead. Restaurant and bar were great. Rooms very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Does not feel like your staying in a cookie cutter style hotel.

The hotel was a good hotel. The staff was a little underserving as far as check in and valet. The bar staff was excellent and the bar area is a great place to hang out. The room needs some work, though. Quite worn. Overall, a good experience.

Good hotel

Overall, hotel was in a great location! Staff was also great! The only issue we had was the level of noise the hotel has. We had a room facing thr road and between the speeeding motorcycles, dog in another room and all thr orher vehicles racing by. It was hard to sleep at night. If the noise level would of been better thr stay wouls of been excellent! If they had thicker windows or bettet windows. I think that may have cut thr noise.

Staycation in Atlanta

The room was a nice size. Plenty of mirrors but the lighting is low/soft in the rooms, so the bathroom is the only place to put on makeup. There is no makeup mirror in the bathrooms either. The room was clean and smelled nice. The beds are comfy but the pillows are okay. Try to get a higher room if you dont want a view of parking spaces. Parking is plentiful and easy. The hotel is very central to everything. You can smell the food from the resturant downstairs in the hallways so if food smells bother you take that into consideration. Vallet was not always around, so go to the front desk for assistance. Overall it was a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and nice.
