「Upon entry, the property looks big and nice, but then you get to your room. We stayed in room 628, and after the first night, I woke up to large ants along the window baseboards and everywhere on the walls. They were even in our luggage that was propped up on the chair. I killed the ants, and we complained to the front desk. Friendly and nice, but no help. They said they had no additional rooms and offered no help. Later that night, we came back to ants on both beds. As I was explaining this...

「i arrived pretty tired after a long drive and chose to stay here becuase of the reviews. i was greeeted appropriately at first by Kibby the front desk attendant, althats when hospitality ended as, she got irate after asking a question (If i had stayed previously) I took a second to remember and then when i replied No, she was became angry, and raised her voice and said "If you havent been here before just say that then! this was followd by the standard introduction with some snide remarks...

「The room was absolutely filthy; there were still used drinks in the minibar, the bathroom was full of pubic hair, there was long hair on the floor, and the sheets were dirty and stained with blood. It is a disgrace that this place belongs to the Marriott chain—the worst experience we have ever had at this hotel. To top it off, the breakfast was completely lacking: there were no cups or napkins, no fruit, and literally not even hot water. The tables and floors were dirty.」

「Rooms were very dated. Cabinets were old stove, top and stove dated one of the mattresses were warped very disappointing for a Marriott. The pool was unusable, filled with algae look like something from family Vacation with the Griswold family.」

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」
