「Our stay at Element Hotel at LakePoint was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. 「the best part of our recent stay at the Baymont was the helpful front desk staff. 「I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience!」
