「Nice clean room, perfect for our stay.」

「Although it is a small room, it has all things we need. However, there are many spider webs in the room that make us very uncomfortable. There are many dust on the wall and on the shelves. The blankets have many dirty makers that we could not sleep well. The light seems that not enough. Also, the entrance the the room is too narrow and the tiles of the entrance are not flat. They are like a mountain.」

「雖然酒店比較舊及裝修簡單，但感覺舒服。首先酒店職員友善，特別是這位bellboy, 他常面帶笑容，非常主動幫我們搬行李。我們是住行政客房，房間寬敞舒適，房內燈光充足。酒店附近商店食肆林立，步行都非常方便。下次一定再入住。」

「Classic Hotel beautifully maintained. Room was clean, spacious and looked newly renovated. Staff were great! Very prompt and extremely helpful. All were nice and very personable. Location was perfect! 1.5 block walk to Buckingham Palace. Big Bus HOHO stop just across the street.」

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.」
