We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which resulted in a significant amount of water leaking from under the shower curtain across the bathroom floor. The bathroom tile also showed signs of neglect, including loose tiles and missing grout. Additionally, the shower head holder was broken and held in place by a hair clip. The furniture in the room was in poor condition; the bed was uncomfortable and...

「Yes but needs a place to swim for adults .clean room small bathrooms beds were great good room temp bar staff were very friendly check in was easy and quick need a place for older kids we are starting to out grow the tundra. Very nice stay breakfast had powered eggs which were gross」

「The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful the building is old yes but in a really cool location our room is located on top of a dam which was really fun to sit and watch all the ducks and the sunset was gorgeous food in the area is great so many choices and then came breakfast three stars for the hotels amenities just because it's an older hotel and the breakfast was not to my standards I would have liked to sit down and eat something I don't know what's with all the hotels thinking bread...

「Overall I was very impressed with this Hotel property. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel has a nice pool area, our hotel room was exceptionally clean, had both a refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of outlets to plug in your electronics. Great location with many restaurants, a shopping mall etc. within close proximity. Definitely would stay here again.」

「Pool was closed without notifying and they wouldn’t let us sit in lobby after 10pm to watch Olympics. We had to go to workout room which was the only thing open. Booooo! So we walked and drank on the treadmill- very safe! 😂 dumb」
