「The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful the building is old yes but in a really cool location our room is located on top of a dam which was really fun to sit and watch all the ducks and the sunset was gorgeous food in the area is great so many choices and then came breakfast three stars for the hotels amenities just because it's an older hotel and the breakfast was not to my standards I would have liked to sit down and eat something I don't know what's with all the hotels thinking bread...

「Pool was closed without notifying and they wouldn’t let us sit in lobby after 10pm to watch Olympics. We had to go to workout room which was the only thing open. Booooo! So we walked and drank on the treadmill- very safe! 😂 dumb」

I get back at check in time and now there’s another desk person who tells me my reservation was cancelled (it was nonrefundable). The first desk person cancelled my entire nonrefundable reservation without my permission or me asking him to do so whatsoever! 「Cheap room and friendly staff. Absolutely awful bed. There was also a cigarette butt and gum smashed on the floor poolside (indoor pool). 」
