「服务态度很好 配套设施不全 房间没有微波炉 没有烧开水设备 」

「Just finished a two night stay at this wonderful Inn. Beds were very comfortable, loved the seating area in the room with the fireplace and robes were so soft! We ate dinner at The Grove which is the onsite restaurant which was delicious. Would highly recommend this place-close to Newburyport, Rockport, and Gloucester!」

「I cannot say enough about this beautiful, boutique hotel! The staff was amazing and very communicative. As we were traveling from Martha's Vineyard with a stop in Boston, they ensured that they stayed in touch with me as I had to guesstimate my time of arrival. They texted and said my room was ready and that I could check in early. I appreciated this so much. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!! What a treat every night! The common area and all the amenities went above and beyond what I was...

「Very well maintained property」

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」

「The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is gorgeous. The rooms are well appointed. The bathroom was fairly small and lacked counter space, but that would not be a reason to not come back to this fabulous hotel!!!! Ps. the bed is super comfortable.」

「Loved everything about this hotel especially the location. Walking distance from everything.」
