「The location was great」

「Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...

「For the price, it was a good place to stay for one night. At that price, you can't expect perfection, but the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the furnishings were a little dated (one lamp did not work), but the A/C and fridge worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the shower hot. The lady at the check-in desk was helpful but seemed to be manually writing down our credit card number on a slip of paper, which was a little disconcerting as we don't know where that will end up.」

「We were in room#133. The room was very dank, moist and musty smelling. We paid over $400 for 2 nights and it was not clean. (I’ll attach pictures). The headboard was dirty, the lamps were dirty.. the toilet got plugged up and we only went pee. When we complained and asked for another room.. They made us a key for a room someone else was staying in! So because they were sold out..we went back to the musty room.. the kitchen floor was slippery.. it was just really bad, which is sad because we...

「Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular.」
