"First time in the St. louis area & staying at this hotel. The property was in a great little location that wasn’t overly far from St. louis. The staff were lovely and very kind. Our room actually go upgraded for free as well as a free beverage due to my expedia status (i’ve done lots of traveling but have never had this before). The breakfast was decent, there was lots of options for everyone. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub but there was always people in the area and looked very clean. Overall very impressed and would come back!"

"The most unnerving thing was that our door was open when we arrived. Plus trash bag full of trash right outside our front door the entire stay. The couch was so low I could not sit on it as an older female. Husband found used toothpick on floor also. Room was dated but it worked for my surgery date. "

"Yes there were shops nearby, and front desk was very helpful and polite. They went over snd beyond to make sure me and my family had great stay. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Ms. Marie for going extra in beyond, see you all very son."

"Don't let the advertisement influence your booking. Breakfast buffet is contingent to occapancy. If low in occupancy your breakfast is not buffet. Option during our stay frozen egg, crusted over gravy and biscuits. No cereal, juice options, no other protein. Pancakes... Instruction take from Tupperware and microwave for 15 seconds. Toaster oven was unplugged and filled with sheet pans. Breakfast manager was in dining area, I asked is this the buffet? She replies "yes" I said this is far from a buffet that is advertised... Her response "I haven't had any complaints" I said, until now. She shrugged her shoulders and dismissed me. False advertisement at its finest!! "

"Rooms were filthy, trash behind headboards, dirty sheets on pull out sofa bed, shower was dirty, no toliet paper in bathroom, dirty diaper and popcorn spilled all in elevators. Room smelled terrible of Marijuana when we entered. When we arrived our door to our room was open and unlocked. The trash had not even been taken out. Went to swim and the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it caused my daughter to receive chemical burns all over her body. The smell of chlorine was so bad we had to open the doors to the indoor pool to let the smell out. The heated pool was freezing cold. "
