The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing. I also enjoyed the amenities — the gym and pool were both very nice and well kept. "Hotel itself was fine. Floors in our room were a little gritty to the point where I noticed dirt accumulating in the corners and I needed to clean my feet off before putting my socks on. My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! "

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While the property is beautiful and the staff was excellent, I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. It felt as though the cleaning was focused more on initial presentation rather than thoroughness. Additionally, the pool area was disappointing; there was debris floating in the water, which appeared unsanitary and discouraged us from swimming. On a positive note, we did enjoy the breakfast. I hope this feedback is helpful for your maintenance and cleaning teams."

"The hotel is perfectly adequate, and the location is convenient. Be sure to take a night light with you. The only lights accessible if you get up during the night are blinding. There is no robe. The a/c is individual not central and the unit is extremely noisy. "
