"The staff were super responsive, helpful and flexible in getting our room setup for our family. The room was big with amazing view of the city. It’s connected to a mall where you can easily visit and shop at. When we had flight cancellation due to weather they helped us change our reservations smoothly. Everybody is friendly and helpful.
