The hotel was well appointed and convenient. It had wonderful dining options (recommend reservations for restaurants) and the staff was kind and helpful. The housekeeper on our floor was terribly accommodating and checked in each day. The subway stop is across the street and there are plentiful restaurants and food stalls around. Property was very clean, staff polite and helpful. Food (including breakfast) average, location not great for tourism, decor a little old fashioned but in good condition, no room service after 9.30pm was odd and the lounge area didn’t service coffee etc so some missed opportunities.
