「The hotel is pretty new and clean, and our room was clean as well. Access is confusing, as the hotel is situated in a shopping center and there was no sign we could see. Food was our only negative. Better eat before you arrive. We tried to call the Overland restaurant on the top floor to get dinner, but they would not answer the phone. Tried multiple times and their website says reservations suggested. You can’t make a reservation when they won’t answer the phone! The other closest restaurant...

「We had a terrible experience We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them .」

「The room was in poor shape, stains on the carpet and in the bathtub. Broken mirror in the bath area. There is also a train right across the street that woke us up at least twice. I would not stay at this property again. The lobby area was very updated, which gave us high hopes for the room. The breakfast was decent and the staff were very nice.」

「The staff are superb! Food was great! Duck show was cute and they really cater to children. My complaint is with the bathroom in our room. There was a musty smell and mold in shower/tub. I suppose this has something to do with age of the building and the poor ventilation. Overall other areas were very clean and well maintained.」

「Glad I was able to book so quick since the Fitz casino and hotel didn’t advertise 21 and older to stay on their Expedia listing and I had to find a place on short notice while still getting a reasonable price and close to the area. The only downsides were that the location was not easy to find and the GPS did a weird thing and changed the address I was searching for.
