「No hot water and low water pressure for almost two days. Never stayed at a hotel where I called for towels and hand soap and had to go to the front desk to get it myaelf. That was "Different." I wouldnt stay at this hotel again.」

「Hotel is dated and needs updates. Bed was okay. Hard to get the AC working correctly - either too cold or too warm and very loud. Noisy - could hear people above us and noise from the hallway.」

「First the staff is wonderful! But check in was a nightmare. They only have valet parking and only one poor guy working it when we checked in. It was so busy that there were cars parked everywhere, blocking the entrance. It took 45 minutes for us to figure out how to get into the hotel, and how to get our luggage from down the block into the hotel. The hotel contacts out the valet company so it’s not owned by the hotel, but this should definitely have been run better. It took a long time to get...

「The rooms were not ready at 4 when we showed up. We were told someone would call us when it was ready but an hour later no one had called so we decided to check back in. We got to in the room and the ac had been shut off. It was 95 degrees in the room. We tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room wasn’t even. Connected. We were told maintenance would come check it out while we were gone but hours later we returned to find that nothing had been fixed so we packed up and went back...

「Front desk took forever to let us in and there were issues with the checkin process that took forever as well. Though I picked a smoke free room the room was stinking of cigarettes! Carpets are dirty sink was broken....overall a terrible stay! WILL NOT Recommend!」
