Stay was a 10/10 Give a 9/10 for room amenities as the fridge did not 100% work. Took forever to cool drinks, seemed to not cool properly.

The room had the smell of it being a smokers room and the tv never worked the duration of my trip. The bathroom door was too big and wouldn’t close so therefore you couldn’t lock it. Besides that, the pillows were comfortable and the water was hot.

The room was not clean. There dirty towels in the bathroom when we got there. We requested to clean the room for our second day stay, but it was not done. I had to come to the receptionist and get clean towels.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property was poorly maintained, and the management was not responsive to the issues I experienced. I was promised a refund of my deposit and a credit for the four days I had to cut short, but neither has been returned or provided. Overall, the condition of the property and the way my situation was handled left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Walked into lobby with trash on floors, the elevator had trash on floors that stayed there all three days of stay. Heard gun shots at night and was woken up at 7:45 am by maintenance wanting to clean the air conditioner. The toilet also stopped up the first night.

This was a nice place to stay for a night when you need to catch an early flight out of the Memphis airport. The price was right. The hotel was quiet the evening I stayed there. The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming.

Pro: it was decent place to sleep for night Cons: first room they sent us to someone was in there this is at 12am and they said someone checked us in although we made a note that we would arrive between 12:30am and 1:30am. (SUPER UNSAFE AND SCARY) Second room smelled like mold soooo badly we had to open a window. At 7am the fire alarm went off for 20 minutes straight come to find out it was burnt toast, but we smelled smoke on the third floor. Lastly to get into the property they treat it like security you have to have a reservation to get in. Super annoying that late to wait at a gate to get in.

The first room they gave us smelled like mildew. The 2nd room had a slight smell of mildew but it was not overwhelming. It waes gated and when we returned it tookus 10 min to get in the gate because the front desk clerk was on break and did not buzz us in. Your hotel card does not work for the gate or any other day except your room. Storm hit and power went out adn they offered no solution except to leave without a refund in the middle of the night. Horrible experience.

Would not stay here again. The tv didn’t even have the local channel to watch the nba playoffs. We literally stopped halfway on our 13 hour road trip just so we could watch game 7 and they didn’t even have NBC!!!
