「The house was very clean and nicely decorated. All appliances worked great and the neighborhood was very quiet」

「We had a great time. The house was beautiful. Decor was beautiful and bedding comforting. I sleep so good. The house was family friendly and plenty of rooms. 」

「Lights and outlets went on and off by themselves quite often. The tub was painted and peeling. Bathroom door was swollen due to previous water damage and did not shut so no privacy & if you used it during the night the light lit up, whoever was in the room . Bathroom lights blinked on and off when using the hairdryer. The area was not the greatest. The description of the hotel said it was recently renovated, but they did not do everything in the room. Would not stay here again」

「Room was clean but had a smell/odor like absorbed throughout. Did not smell clean or fresh. Definitely not quiet since all rooms are connected. If needed this would be a spot to stay one night emergency only. Motel vibes is what I witnessed. Limited outlets and some were not working. Limited lighting. Bathroom could use an upgrade with ventilation system. An upgrade on furniture is also needed. 」

Vicky, in housekeeping texted me that 2 towels were missing and was charging us $20? When we did not take any towels. Why would we want, any old stained, tiny towels? We could not believe she would acuse us of such. We will be contacting their corporate office to make a formal complaint. We certainly did not appreciate that at all being...

「Only one elevator working. Had to wait a long time for the one remaining. The poor lady on front desk had to check people in, make cocktails, answer the phones… too much for one person . Breakfast… no potatoes or french toast sticks. No English breakfast tea.no forks. Not enough staff 」
