"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Room with box bathroom in corner smelled damp, probably because regulation extraction fan in was not working and probably never had as string tied up as when fitted. The bed had a 6 cm foam mattress on a solid wood box base so very uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on, but still appeared to sag in middle. No reception, 2 flights of stairs and main door left open, so less than secure. Unsafe and unhealthy."
