I took my family around Europe and I’ve been traveling to Paris often and this place is a a gem! Smooth check in and check out with lots of dining option around the area. Perfect for big family like mine. I am definitely booking this place again with my next travel.

The place did not look like the photos, however, it served its purpose. It’s reasonably priced and in walking distance to the local culture, train and bus stations. The train station is about a 8-10 minute walk and the food options are great in the area. There is a gym 12 minutes away called, Neoness it was really nice 15€ for a day pass but worth it if you want to workout while on vacation. There was also a main train station that was about 20 minutes away with a full 3 story mall that was really nice. The Eiffel Tower, louvre Museum and major sightseeing activities are a 40-50 minute train and bus away which wasn’t too bad.

The place was just ok. You need to bring all your toiletries and detergent for washing machine. Old walls with damages, bathrooms is clean with remodeling, but it smell bad with old pipe odor.

Well I guess you have to make allowances for Paris, especially Montmartre, but this was a dingy uncomfortable flat with poor AC. Washing machine was helpful as this was the midpoint of our journey.

Do not stay here. It looks nothing like any of the pictures. It is very small and has ant issues. A lot of things didn’t work. Not worth it!

Alles hat organisatorisch super geklappt, was uns direkt auffiel war der unangenehme Geruch schon im Hausflur und dann im Bad extrem, irgendwas stimmt mit den Abflüssen nicht und so riecht es leider auch. Die Wohnung war nicht wie abgebildet und alles in allem etwas abgenutzt vorallem das sofa war zum schlafen viel zu durchgelegen. Ansonsten gibt es auch viel positives zu sagen die Küche ist top auch sonst wir waren zu 3. war die Wohnungen super aber für mehr Personen würde ich sie nicht empfehlen. Die Lage ist super alles ist gut zu erreichen alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt aber denkt an Ohrstöpsel wenn ihr wie ich einen leichten Schlaf habt es ist sehr hellhörig im ganzen Haus.

Las fotos que muestran de esta propiedad, nada que ver con lo que es. Totalmente deseccionado de este hospedaje , no lo recomiendo para nada. Ademas la cominucacion con el propietario no hay ya llevo una semana y hasta ahora no me ha respondido 😡😡
