「Room was clean and everything set up well. Took a little while to get hot water for the shower in the morning. And can we get some card keys instead of the old style metal ones? I'm always afraid that I will lose the metal one」

「This isn't a traditional hotel. There's no front desk. But we called the number given to us and it was answered quickly and we got answers to our questions. The room was very clean. Location is excellent to explore the Sebring circle. 」

「Overall, we liked our stay. We enjoyed everything Lego and we made great memories. There are a few things that need serious improvement though, starting with the Bricks restaurant. For starters, we are extremely upset that we paid $100 for buffet style food that was clearly sitting there all day. Not one selection of it was decent. 「i had requested that I receive clean towels as well as emptying the garbages on day 2, of 4, & it was never done. The receptionist had requested this service & staff did not comply. As a result i requested a new room for the remaining 2 nights which they provided for me. They apologized, yet the service was lacking for a Hilton. The breakfast I would have expected some yogurt or fruit & this was not the case. Wawa was my morning choice even though "breakfast" was included. No thank you.」
