"We had the best stay we could have asked for. The staff went OUT of their way to cater to us since we were there for my 7 year olds birthday weekend. They made sure to bring us 4 delicious cake pops and a personalized card from the manager and staff. Cleaning services were excellent as well. If they were in the hallway and we needed towels they stopped and got them and never complained! "
"We had a delightful one night stay. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. When I explained that I couldn’t eat dairy, she told me to write no cheese on my breakfast sandwich order. She also gave us a run down on the huge building next door that is under renovation. They even have a handout. The room was bright, clean, spacious and nothing needed to be fixed. There was a table and 2 chairs for eating breakfast, which is delivered to your room when you request it (between 6 and 9). The beds were comfortable. The a/c was cool and quiet. The shower was huge. The lobby and grounds are quite lovely. The pool was inviting and I wished I’d brought a suit. The gardens are extensive and well maintained. We spent time sitting on the pool deck gazing at the lake and flowers. This was definitely the right choice for a stay in Sebring."
"The hotel outside and inside is very clean and the checkin staff was outstanding, she explained everything, was super helpful and even had my room ready earlier than check in time. My room was perfect, king size bed with very large sofa separate area with a mini kitchen area . The a/c worked perfect ,bed was comfortable and room was quiet. I would stay here again and was very happy with everything about this hotel."
