「The Avenue Inn and Spa offers all the amenities that your family will need at a beach location. The hotel is also walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within several walking steps away. This is the second time our family stay here and we're looking forward to using this hotel for our next Rehoboth Beach visit.」

「The hotel experience was great . The only downfall was parking . It wasn’t a big deal but you had to walk a block to get to your car. The parking lot filled up fast. The staff were very friendly and the experience was great . The boardwalk is right outside the hotel . Made it very convenient to get too quickly . I would definitely recommend it if you want somewhere on the boardalk to stay. 」

「Beautiful accommodations with all the special little “touches” like complimentary wine and cheese happy hour, a trolley to scoot you ( and all your beach needs) over to the beach and back, a nightlight in the bathroom but, best of all, extraordinary personnel, Pleasant, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again! A great experience! 」
