「I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived — it felt unhygienic and clearly not maintained to acceptable standards. The staff was not helpful at all. When I raised concerns, they showed little interest and made no real effort to fix anything or improve my stay.
