"Overall my stay was perfect. From the location of the property, to the amenities of the hotel. The only thing that needed is more attention to the cleanliness of the room. From hair on the bedding, to dirty hand prints on the walls, or spillage on the bedrails. "

"The staff at this hotel is amazing. The only downside is the pool was undergoing maintenance. Otherwise, the hotel is in a perfect location for all your travel needs. "

"So I stayed here on 3 occasions. Aside from the lack of linen it was exemplary. Everything worked and the coffee was alright. Beds are pretty comfortable and the decor while minimalist it's perfectly acceptable. "

"Very convenient location. Lovely corner room view. Reasonably priced. We walked almost everywhere, incl Fisherman's Wharf, for dinner. (It's an uphill walk back...)"

"Only 1 elevator was working so most people were using the service elevator. Front desk lady was rude. "

"location is convenient but not in a safe area. walls are really thin, can hear everything from the next door room. called front desk about noise complaint, they did nothing. amenities are really old, carpet smells. NO AC. radiator heater seems to go off automatically but cannot be adjusted in room. keys to enter room would frequently not work and had to go to the front desk multiple times to fix . overall would not stay again, doable for maybe one night only though. "

"The room had a very musky, damp smell. The beds were comfortable. The bar and bar staff were very cool, but it was very expensive for cocktails. No microwave. No view from the window. In fact it was very scary. It looked out part of the roof and pipes. A little scared people from the streets could access it as we were on the second floor."

"Wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again! Already booked another date actually! The only downside was the older lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Great room, great location, awesome free parking! It was so worth it, even with the mean old lady. "
