「没有电梯，工作人员帮忙提行李。楼梯很窄。安排的房间临街，很吵。路上感觉不太安全。」

「The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.」

「今次訂房有超賣情況發生, 所以酒店當日不能提供已訂購的酒店, 但酒店職員十分盡力安排善後工作, 以為照顧客人需要, 安排真的值得一讚。職員貼心又有禮貌, 由門口行入lobby, 以及酒店餐廳都令人有賓至如歸的感覺, 我下次一定會再選擇入住。 房間舒適, 設計有品味, 應有盡有！」

「环境很好，有专门的停车场，出行便捷。缺陷拍风不方便，阳台是连接的不安全。房内没有保险箱，厕所没有抽风机，是无烟房间，打扫得不错，wifi信号很强的但是网速一般，有独立的卫生间加洗浴室，床很大房间很宽敞，夜晚因为住在市中心附近可能会有嘈杂不过隔音效果也还不错。」
