Great and affordable place and the overall area is solid. Check-in process needs to be WAY quicker, and they surprise you with $100 security deposit, which is a questionable budinebusines

It was a nice property in a very good neighborhood of San Franscisco. Since it was a self service hotel, it was difficult to get some service requests in. For example, the water filter in the lounge was broken but it wasn't fixed even after couple calls

Great spot but don’t expect much. Things were “clean” but worn. Sheets were so thin they almost didn’t exist. Sink faucet was on the verge of getting ripped off. Did it work? Yes. Would I stay again. Sure, but for a 1k 3 night stay they can get new sheets and faucets. Don’t love the electronic check-in but alas.

This property has no staff onsite or daily cleaning. I didn’t mind the lack of daily cleaning and the check in was simple with a virtual front desk assistant. The AC in our room didn’t work. There was a common space living area which had a microwave, coffee maker, and water dispenser which was empty the majority of our stay and I could not fill my reusable bottle. There was a supply closet with extra towels. With that said, the location was great and just a few blocks from the muni and food/shopping area of Hayes valley. Great location!

My second time staying here. This is an interesting hotel. No person at the front desk, it is handled over a video chat. But it wasn't a worry, I got my needs taken care of they even made a special accommodation. The art in the hallway is truly interesting, there is a big very comfortable shared working space, room is solid. Wouldn't be surprised if I stayed here a 3rd time.
