Great place. Wonderful central location with lots of good food nearby. Loved the big open room for everyone to hang out in, rooms were very nice. We will likely be back.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But it was a rather small room and the bathroom was kinda small also. The check in kisok took way too long.

Overall, great quiet stay! No frills, nice accommodations and great location. Check in process was virtual and seemed odd at first, but no issues! Would stay again!
Clean and very nice large room. Excellent location in Hayes Valley. Walkable to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where we were visiting our son. We will definitely stay here in the future.
Really enjoyed my stay (5 nights). The virtual check in process was quick and smooth. The room and bathroom were very clean, good mattress and comfy pillows and comforter. The location is excellent —close to bus stops and amazing restaurants. Will likely come back.
Wasn't really sure about being at a hotel with a check in based on it being digital. It was pretty lowkey & they were extremely friendly. I liked the room for being just in and out. Location was solid as well, it was nice to be close to everything I wanted to see this time around.
Just know this isn't a staffed hotel. I had a rough start when I wanted to drop a bag and realized that there was no way to do that after the walk from the BART. That being said once I checked in the room was clean, cool, and easy to access. I would stay here again knowing what I know today but it was definitely different from a traditional hotel.
The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The common area was perfect for enjoying takeout meals and supplied plastic utensils and extra toiletries and linens if needed.
The check-in process was easy and entrance was secure. The staff was courteous. The only thing that was less than optimal is that homeless individuals tended to sleep and hang out on the stoop right in front of the entrance, which might make some guests uncomfortable.
The room qualitied and amenities were above what I would have expected for a hotel at this price point. Enjoyed my stay. My room was on Gough street so it was a little noisy but with the windows closed it was no big deal.
This was a great stay!!! There's a video check-in and then you get a code. Clean room, large powerful shower and I had a private patio attached to the room. Highly recommended
Clean and comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Walkable to lots of dining options at all price points: Absinthe, Zuni, Loquat, Dumpling Home, Rich Table, Boulangerie, Souvla, Lers Ros, etc. Although a contactless inn, staff was always available and helpful by phone. My second visit and a great budget stay.
This is a lovely spot located in Hayes Valley. We were comfortable and enjoyed the stay. I would come back again. The only real draw back for us was that because there is no front desk, we had no where to leave our bags between check out and our flight later that afternoon.
Pros:
-Great, safe location in the city
-Close to great restaurants, bars, coffee and shopping
-Firm (but comfortable) beds
-Clean room and bathroom
Cons:
-There is no atmosphere controls in the room. There is one thermostat for heat for the whole hotel with a portable AC unit in room.
-The portable AC is attached to the window, creating a small gap which makes street noise very audible. Was fine with ear plugs.
-Room was very small, but thats to be expected in SF.
Check in was interesting as you hit a Ring doorbell and then check-in via video kiosk with someone in the Philippines. They scan your ID and I think its $50/day security hold.
Hayes Valley is by far the best and most central area with minimal screaming crazy homeless people. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great little spot in my favorite neighborhood in San Francisco! Staff went above and beyond to help me, I'm very grateful for them :)

Great location and comfortable bed. The room smelled of mildew. Broken shower door. The tv picture color was set so dark i couldnt watch it (nor had the right remote to fix it).
