Staff was very courteous, great service at the restaurant, housekeeping was attentive, and the rooms were very clean. Only wish the blankets were thicker, I don’t like feeling like I have a thin piece of cloth on me (partial to weighted blankets) but that’s more a hotel thing than a personnel thing.

AC/heater was not working properly, there was trash under the table upon check in, the breakfast was overpriced for bland food, and then the water completely was off, couldn’t flush, wash hands, shower etc - when brought to the hotels attention they said there’s nothing they can do hung up.
