Staff is nice. This is an awesome place to stay especially if you’re traveling with a car. The parking is very tight but they will be safe once parked because of the 24hr security. Rooms are great and modern. Elevator is a bit sketchy.

Stayed for 10 days. We arrived before check in and stayed in the city long after check out hours, the front desk team was very kind on keeping our luggage safe. The location is great, a block away from MUNI and BART. There are certainly some homeless around the neighborhood, however there is security 24/7 around the property making you feel safe. Shout out to the house keeping staff. The room was kept clean everyday. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise ase there were several different breads and eggs. Fruit was always fresh. I can say we truly enjoyed San Francisco while staying at Garrett!
