This was a great hotel for the GD60 shows. Hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was great. Walking distance to the bill graham center. Plenty of good food options within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice, easy check in, and extremely friendly staff. The room was clean and in good shape. Good central location in the city and close walk to BART stations and MUNI locations. Overall, no issues.

I like boutique hotels and FOUND is a great one. Price seemed too good to be true and I tempered my expectations accordingly, but the property did not disappoint. Check-in process was a mess because the system was down, but the hotel staff did a heroic job despite that handicap. Definitely would recommend this place to others, and next time I’m in town, FOUND will certainly be on my short list.

Had a really quick but great time here. Views from thr 9th floor are really great. Rates were great, parking wasnt ideal, but it's the city so that's just that but still just a few blocks away which is ran 24 hours so you should feel safe leaving your car with their recomended parking

I really liked this hotel. Biggest walk in closet I’ve ever seen at a hotel, which made it nice bc we could store our suitcases in the closet and out of the way. My only complaint is that the walls are kind of thin. We could hear someone’s tv on in the early morning/talking outside our door.

I booked this hotel without looking at the reviews first and I’m glad I did that. I had a very nice stay and would stay again. The only thing is once you leave the hotel and turn on Larkin, you will run into trouble so just go the other way or call a Waymo/uber/lyft.

The closet is roomy. They have Roku. There are C.O. Bigelow products for body care, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Everything functions. There is a coffee machine in the lobby that also serves hot chocolate. The hotel is walking distance from Union Square, Muni trains and most bus lines. Being able to store your luggage before or after you check in is a plus. The staff was great and made for a smooth stay.

This is a nice micro-hotel. The room was a great size and we had a lovely view. The staff was very kind and helpful. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Only downside was the elevator was small and slow and while housekeeping was only offered once for our 3 night stay, all they did was give us fresh towels. We would stay again.

Kamer was simpel maar schoon met ijskast . Geen koffie en thee op de kamer maar in de lobby staat een echt goede koffiemachine met een keus van meerdere soorten gratis koffie en heet water voor thee. Groot minpunt is dat er in de 5 dagen dat ik er was geen enkele keer de kamer is schoon gemaakt ook al had ik als ik wegging het bordje gedraaid dat de kamer schoon gemaakt kon worden.
