We stayed here for two nights and had a really nice experience! I had read the reviews mentioning that the place was on the smaller side, so I knew what to expect when we arrived. The front desk receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Other than the loose outlet for charging, everything else was great. The location was also really convenient and close to all the main attractions, which made getting around super easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We stayed in room 36 and it was a cute room we were excited for the cute purple wall and it had a decent view but there were brown stains on the towels and the bedding and also the side of the mattress itself… the staff was very friendly but definitely could use deeper cleaning. Was a cute small room for couples though and the shower was nice but small :)

Muy buena opción si buscas un lugar solo para dormir. Muy cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Ubicado sobre una de las calles principales de San Francisco, con opciones de transporte público en la puerta del hotel. Zona muy tranquila y segura, comparada a otras zonas de la ciudad. La gente de la recepción siempre muy atentos y amables!

This was not a place I would ever stay again. The pictures make it seem a lot nicer. I was a woman staying solo and didn't feel safe leaving the hotel at night. There was a man with his pants down in the doorway and the man at the front desk would not assist me in exiting the building at 10 pm at night. He said that this is "normal" and would not ask the man with his pants down to leave the doorway. I checked out a day early because it was so sketchy and the staff was not willing to help when I asked directly.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights it was a very small room but it was just us too we enjoyed our stay overall , the staff and housekeepers were helpful. It’s honestly not ideal for people with kids but for a couple for aren’t high maintenance and are going to be out most of the time it’s ideal the location was great we were around a lot of good places for tourist

I saw a lot of complaints about the front desk before I arrived, but they were actually really helpful during my stay. The area was amazing, and it was easy to get around since you can take public transit pretty much anywhere. The only weird thing was that the light in my room turned off by itself! it happened twice. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed the stay at the Edwardian. It’s no frills but the bed was comfortable, room was adequate size (with private bathroom a big plus, not a given in SF). Neighborhood felt a bit transitional but not terrible and it’s handy being right on Market St. The metro was fairly close and there was a streetcar stop right out the door.

During my stay at the edwardian hotel , we were led to believe that our room had a private bathroom but in reality the bathroom is in the hallway and they gave you a key to it and they say it's your own personal bathroom but I heard different people going in and out the bathroom but also had keys to it the furniture in the room look like they ordered it from temu playhouse furniture, I'll feet hung over the bed and I'm 5'6 only good experience I had to stand there was that the keys work ed . The staff did not help because don't nobody know difference between private and shared Thank you ,I wouldn't recommend staying there unless you a midget
