"The pool was very nice but is in need of work. Tiles coming off and tiles missing. Paint around the pool comes off on your bathing suit or back of your thighs. Rooms are clean but dated. Staff the majority are very nice. "

"All of the staff was so nice and helpful. The cleaning person for my room was a little lax, not leaving coffee twice and not putting out clean glasses twice. That was unusual, as I've been here before and that never happened. The recreation staff was really fun and the wait staff was very good. Had a great time there! "

"The hotel was the worse I’ve ever stayed in.. staff was not friendly and hospitality was horrible… we waited one hour to check in… when we got to our room our door was broken and door knob was falling … the sheets had stains, the shower had a lot of mold !! No entertainment and just not very happy about food either … we had to wait for half hour to get our food @ the restaurant that needed “reservation” .. one week stayed and only Pedro the chef and Roger the waiter treated us right , because not even the general manager did!! I hated that we had to carry our safe key around too"
