"I'm thankful that there are still thoughtful, gracious human beings with beating hearts like Janet still employed in a great city like New York City to welcome guests and manage their check in process. I stayed (again) at the Grand Central location. Janet is a gem. Please continue to have a human element in your hotel(s) upon arrival. Additionally - all the common areas of the hotel were clean, guests were quiet and all the employees I encountered during my brief stay were lovely and engaging including the young man managing an enormous laundry cart onto an elevator. Despite the heavy load he successfully managed - he offered good sense of gracious humor throughout. "
