「The property was very clean near public transport and new but check in wasn’t easy the host was unresponsive we had to wait for an hour for the key and and we . Bad furniture i almost broke my back」

「People at reception is very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is alittle far from London downtown (30mins by tube). It also takes about 30~45 mins to King's Cross Station and Paddington Station. Moreover, the quality of breakfast should be improved.」

「I had a booking reserved with a pay for the stay on arrival, apparently after waiting over an hour this option was not available and they cancelled my booking. Left stranded in London trying to find somewhere else on a busy Saturday afternoon. Would never recommend trying to stay there. Booked through hotels. Com, they were not helpful either」

「Nice services plus fantastic river review bedroom!」

「Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.」

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「Everything is superb! Would love to stay here again」

「Rommservice staff at midnight was extremley rude」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」
