「My stay is room 202 was horrible. The room was infested with roaches that seem to come from everywhere. There was a molded smell in the room as well. When my wife tried to let the front desk worker know, she was blown off as if she didn’t care. When my wife asked for a way to contact the manager the worker wouldn’t even write the information down. This stay was terrible. 」

「Breakfast was good! Cheese omelets, egg patties, sausage patties, biscuits / gravy, fried potatoes, waffles, and all the normal extras (fruits, yogurts, toast/bagels, oatmeal/grits). Room was very clean, surprisingly even the pull out sofa bed. Beds were firm, but comfortable & A/C got cold!! The pool was closed most of the weekend, but when it did open it was dirty. Felt safe in the location, was able to walk down the street at night without any issues.」

「We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match the ratings at all. The property felt very worn down overall. There was visible wear and tear throughout the hotel, including the lobby furniture and the room furnishings. One of the biggest disappointments was the gym. 「Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.」
