"Good stay. Food was alright"

"Beautiful resort inside and out with spacious modern rooms! Beautiful beach and pools, the staff is friendly! The food variety is amazing and most of the restaurants were excellent, the leadt we liked was the steak one! The gym is amazing. The coffee shop was so good, plus they have an ice cream parlor. The drinks were premium! They had good shows every night, we loved the Michael Jackson and the Stars show the best, however bring earplugs because the volume is painfully high! Overall for the price this resort is excellent 👌 and we would come again!"

"Our family just arrived back from Bakour after 7 nights. Expedia did seem to have mixed reviews, but many positives so we took a chance. We arrived late in the evening after our flight was delayed. The front staff were very pleasant, but failed to mention many things to us, like the one restaurant (which they advertise as two - Asian and Italian) is adults only, so we were left to eat from the buffet the entire duration of our trip. It wasn't terrible as each day features different food, but you do get sick of eating at the same place over and over. Once we got to our room, the sheets and pillows were just placed at the end of the bed like we had to make the beds ourselves. One of the pillows in the primary bedroom has blood on it. We were instructed to text a staff member with any concerns or needs as the phone lines do not work. Feeling frustrated after our first impression of our suite, we headed down to the buffet for a bite to eat as it had been a long day. When we came back, the beds were made, but they still used the bloody pillow and simply put a pillowcase on it. A few nights later I noticed someone's dried up contact lens stuck to the nightstand which led me to question how throughly they clean these rooms between guests. One other thing we have never done experienced elsewhere was a large sign hung above the toilets instructing us to not flush ANY toilet paper. We also never had hot water. It was either room temperature or cold."

"We recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and had a pleasant overall experience. While the property is a bit dated and could definitely benefit from some maintenance and updates, it still has a lot of charm. The staff's friendliness really added to the overall atmosphere. Most of the meals were enjoyable and well-prepared. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy the nightly entertainment. Freddy Mercury night was a favorite."
