"Good property but not great. You pay for a cup to use the fountain drink machines but most of the time the machines are out of sofa. The staff tell you someone is changing the fountain, but his later nothing is changed. You get harassed with several phone calls to go on the time share tour and meeting that takes 3 hours, not 45 minutes, and they force you to stay by saying you won't get your gift if you leave the meeting. Stand your ground and don't do the time share tour/meeting. Don't buy the unlimited fountain cup. Then, you will have a great time in the pools and local activities."

"It worked for us. The 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with kitchen and balcony was very nice and spacious. It is a very good value for the money. The unit was located in a good area and a short drive to all of the attractions, restaurants, and grocery store. Please note that there is no onsite restaurant or bar. We made breakfast in our unit daily and having the kitchen was very convenient with the little ones. One Con was there is not daily maid service and you will need to wash your towels in your unit if you want fresh ones daily."

"Our stay was incredibly outstanding. This hotel chain exceeded all our expectations. We had a 2 bed villa and it was amazing!!! It was so family friendly. The waterpark is outstanding !!! What an amenity to have a waterpark in your back yard. We didn’t get to use the pool but stopped by and wow it was beautiful to look at. A must return just to experience the pool!!! The promenade so many options in food treats other different stores a full size arcade evening music and entertainment!! It was an amazing 1st time to FL and a must do again."

"Excellent place to go if you're going to Orlando/Kissimmee area. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of fresh items to choose from. Reception at 5pm every night offering drinks and snacks, Access to H2O water park, access to Margaritaville pools, free laundry and shuttles to water park and Sunset Walk Promenade for dining and shopping. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool is big and the water is warm. If I had to complain about anything was that I had to ask several times for towels and toilet paper. We would be left two towels for a family of four. Other than that minor issue which was a little frustrating that I had to keep leaving notes, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful place with lots of perks. I would definitely stay here again."

"I was charged $10 per day for my car. Be aware that this is a hidden fee and I did not find this info anywhere on the Expedia website. The Mystic Dunes staff said that this is new and has to be paid per car per night. Why do I have to pay for my car to spend the night in the parking lot without a designated parking spot?!?!"
