「They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. 」

「The property is great and quiet. However, the property advertising and pictures in Expedia appears to show there is a water park and pools in the property which is not the proper description. Finally, even the staff is friendly the check in was bad. We arrived at night time and it was very difficult to find out our building and room due to a poor instructions from the front desk and poor signals within the property!」

「The front desk was great! Housekeeping was terrible. Hardly cleaned room. Had to go down to front desk 3 days to get towels and toilet paper. They never even came into room. The resort fees you pay are way too much for the services. Never had a single waitress come by us at the pool and no entertainment except for DJ that just played music. Need better entertainment staff. Water park was a nice perk and many pools to select from. 」
