Location and host were amazing! Unfortunately the property was not as clean and picturesque as in the photos which was disappointing. The grout in the showers had had mold and definitely need to be redone. It would be great for the toilet paper holders and garbage cans to be replaced as they were extremely rusted. Lastly the beds were almost unsleepablr as they were extremely soft and almost felt like just a mattress topper stacked on top of each other. We definitely tried to make the best of our stay and appreciate the location and safety we felt in this neighbourhood

Kitchen layout was very nice!!! but the kitchen was not fully equipped the pots set same to be so random three frying pans with one lid. At first look the place same clean but all the light fixtures/ vents were dusty and with all the storage I really didn’t see why there was no extra inventory for a stay that’s more than a week long no extra towels, tissue, garbage bags it’s just those small things that make your stay more homie especially with that beautiful golf view. My family and I did enjoy the area though.

We booked our travel stay by stroke of luck at this location. We thought we were securing a hotel, but what we experienced was far better. We stayed in a pristine condo (3 bedroom 2 bath with parking). The community was gated with security and had two pools. The pools even had lifeguards and water slides. There were drinks and snacks for purchase along with mini golf. The owners / property managers communicated regularly with us so that we never had any questions or concerns. Check in and out were super easy. We honestly couldn’t have imagined a better stay. We hope to come back and recommend the property to our family / friends!

Thos was the first time ive ever rented a bnb type stay. The place was beautiful amd peaceful. But the booking part and finding the actual location was the worst. I spent 3 hrs trying to find the rental unit i was in tears and fully frustrated. Finally made it to a guard shack forat was a female thank gawd for her or i wouldnt have found Joesph who was a complete knight in shinning armour. He got his phone out with the map and slowed down to make sure i knew exactly where we had to go. THANK YOU l JOSEPH!!!

We had a wonderful time! We stayed in the family apartment, and it was perfect for our small children! The proximity to the pool/ waterpark was amazing. The resort has numerous amenities that is a huge plus. We felt safe and will definitely be back for another stay!

The house could have been kept up a little better. The pool was fun, but nowhere near the house. We had to drive to pool because it was a mile from the house. I will say the kitchen had matching plates and plenty of pots and pans, which is sometimes isn't the case with VRBOs. Something a little odd about the bathrooms, no soap dishes. No towel bars. The beds were comfy enough. Everything ikea, and some of the furniture didn't make sense for a rental (ie not easy to brush crumbs off etc). Not as close to theme parks as one would hope, but it worked well since we were going to Legoland one day and Sea World the next, it was a good middle. Getting there js also a little confusing. Would I stay again? Probably, but only if I was doing a week in Orlando.

I like the property is well maintained and have a decent size for my large group. I wish the amenities, like toilet paper could be more, and other stuffs like shower gel and washing detergent were made available. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

The condo was nice but could have been cleaner. The towels and washcloths and sheets need to be thrown out and refreshed because they looked really dirty. Also the balcony furniture was terribly dirty. The water parks were great and the kids enjoyed them. Other than the cleanliness the resort was really nice.

So having just spent 12 days at Champions gate here are my thoughts: Pros: -Very much like the photos. Immaculate throughout. Lovely villa and well equipped. Washing machine, lovely Bath and everything worked well. -Great host. We had an issue with the patio door locking. Reported and fixed next day. Great service and great communication -We saw alot of negative comments on traffic around the I4. For us was fine. Yes it’s busy, but moves steady and I guess what your used to. Compared to the M25 it’s a walk in the park. Cons: - I only have one really. From my understanding based on the photos, I believe it looks like the villa is on a complex with pool, gym etc. It was my intention to wake up, walk out to the gym for an hour or chill by the pool before our day. In reality, champions gate is about the size of Glasgow (perhaps slight exaggeration). But it’s huge. So for us and where we were allocated (unknown if Expedia have more than one they allocate out) we were an 8 minute drive from the gym and pool. I do feel this is slightly misleading as put it in the too inconvenient box to use for a quick hour. We never even seen the pool or gym in the photos and I personally don’t think this was made clear enough Overall, a good stay. A safe, clean and enjoyable stay with a responsive host
