"Our 3rd year staying there. We absolutely love it!! Staff is always very nice. The texting the main desk is extremely helpful . Never had a bad experience! "

"Always my go to when im visiting Flordia been here 3 times with my family and they never disappoint! "

"Only issue I would like to communicate is that the hotel staff at check in. Did not do a very good job explaining amenities pool open/close time water park etc.. They did not explain that there is a shuttle on site that takes you around property. I ubered to IHOP which was a waste of $ there where so many restaurant near with using the shuttle and food options at water park. For the water some of the big slide rides where down and the second day we went back for those rides still where down."

"Pool was closed again, golf course was closed for an event"

"The experience overall was pleasant plus the location was great. When we walked in the room it was incredibly moist and smelled bad. There were hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest. They picked up garbage, fixed the bed and towels every day but no other cleaning other than that. The fridge was tiny and barely cooled. Overall, the property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice as well with the exception of a lady working the night shift the Saturday we stayed."
