"The hotel has a lot of amenities. We loved the wave rider and water slides. However there was a lot of maintenance underway that was really inconvenient. The elevator near our room didn’t work so we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs regularly, the bathrooms at one of the pools was closed which was highly inconvenient and a major portion of the kids water park was also closed."

"Amazing hotel if staying in Orlando to go to the Disney Parks. Shuttle service as great with many drop off + pick up time to all 4 parks + Disney Springs. Staff was very nice and dinner + breakfast are included in stay and each adult gets 3 included drinks a night during the 5:30 - 7:30 PM kickback. Pool was huge with lots of lounge chairs as well. Would absolutely stay here again!!!"

"The young gentleman that worked the front desk at check in 4pmish was friendly. Some of the other staff, not so much!! The entire property was VERY CLEAN and that matters a lot when traveling! Breakfast was mediocre but well run, and again clean. The pool was nice and the hammocks and dock area were a great plus. That being said anytime you requested something such as towels, a blanket, etc. It TOOK FOREVER to be delivered. We request a lid for our ice bucket three times the first day, four times the second day, and twice the third day. WE NEVER GOT ONE!!! Each time we told them how many times we had requested one, but they could have cared less. The ice machine was ALWAYS empty!!! There should have been a machine on every floor. They had signage hanging on the machine that said it takes an hour for ice machine to refill, please be kind to all guests and only take what you need. How about you provide the customer service that provides enough ice for the number of rooms you have on property. The entrance way was tacky and not very clean. There was no body lotion and body wash in our room. Shampoo and conditioner are great but the other two are used more than those products. I'm sure this was a majestic property in its day, but it desperately needs an upgrade in appearance. We attempted to call Expedia the first evening to switch properties when we didn't get a blanket and no ice but after being on the phone on hold for 45 minutes, we gave up and endured."
